Before founding his law firm in 2014, he served as a Paralegal NCO in the U.S. Army (2003-2010), where he gained invaluable experience in legal operations and case management. He also worked as a Personal Injury Law Clerk at Lee & Associates (2007-2008), honing his expertise in civil litigation.

Daniel holds a BBA from the University of Maryland and earned his Doctor of Law (JD) from Chapman University Fowler School of Law.
