Our humanitarian commitment is delivered in close cooperation with partner NGOs in the field, empowering communities and improving lives.
2025 Impact Snapshot
In 2025, Talent Source donated two fully equipped ambulances to its NGO partner, Emergencias Apolo.
These vehicles increased the capacity of their operation in Medellín, Colombia.
Throughout 2025, they responded to medical emergencies, mental health crises, floods and wildfires, focussing on areas without medical coverage.
Mexico
In partnership with Impact Circle, TSSC supported the construction of a home for a family in need in Mexico.
TSSC has donated 100 laptops to schools in remote areas in Colombia, one of them being Uramita.
In partnership with the Mahavir Kamina foundation, TSSC helped Steven and eleven other children walk again through prosthetic leg donations.
With a 10k USD donation, TSSC supported a grassroots project in a vulnerable area in Medellín called
‘Un paso adelante’.
They organize Art, Sports and Educational programs for the local youth.
